Served cold… egg noodle pesto pie with zucchini and squash, topped with garden fresh salsa of cherry tomatoes, oregano, and Holy basil.
Pesto Pappardelle
First garden pesto! Broad leaf and Cinnamon basils, pine nuts, olive oil, garlic, and sea salt, tossed with hand crafted pappardelle! The diced tomato was delicious. Finished with a sprinkle of ghost pepper salt.

Lo Mein with Pan Seared Asparagus
Birthday dinner for my wife Caryn, she loves noodles and asparagus. Lo Mein noodles in a tamari ginger sauce with leeks, tempeh, and hedgehog mushrooms. Topped with pan seared lemon grass glazed asparagus.
